By using CooloCare AI wellness companion services, you agree to these terms and conditions. CooloCare is operated by National AI Systems LLC, an Ohio-licensed home health agency (Facility ID: 2990HHN).
CooloCare provides AI-powered wellness companion calls, medication monitoring, nurse on-call services, and in-home nursing visits. Services are provided as described in your selected plan.
CooloCare is fully HIPAA compliant. All health information is encrypted and protected. We do not share protected health information without explicit written consent.
Service plans are month-to-month and can be adjusted with appropriate notice. Pricing is as listed on our pricing page. Medicaid and insurance coverage varies, contact us to verify benefits.
CooloCare AI wellness calls supplement, but do not replace, emergency services. In any life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. CooloCare is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
