Response Times
AI Wellness Calls: Delivered at scheduled time, ±15 minutes.
Care Team Alerts: Urgent alerts dispatched within 5 minutes of detection.
Nurse Response: Care Plan and Premium Plan subscribers receive nurse callback within 30 minutes for urgent concerns.
Support Line: 24/7 inbound support line answered within 10 minutes during business hours.
Call Recording & Summaries
Call recordings and AI-generated summaries are available in the family portal within 2 hours of each completed call.
Service Credits
If a scheduled call is missed due to a CooloCare system issue, we will provide a service credit at our discretion. Contact us within 48 hours to report a missed call.
