Jonathan Ransom grew up in Columbus and attended Whetstone High School. He went on to Columbus State Community College, then Franklin University, and earned his MBA from Western Governors University. In September 2025, he enrolled at Capital University Law School.
CooloCare was born from a simple question Jonathan asked himself: what if technology could check on our loved ones every single day, and real people could step in the moment something was wrong? Too many seniors go hours, sometimes days, without a caring voice. Too many families live with constant anxiety about whether mom took her medication, whether dad ate today, whether grandma is doing okay.
Jonathan built CooloCare to fix that. Danielle, our AI wellness companion, calls every day. When she detects a concern, a real Ohio-licensed nurse responds. The result is something no previous solution has delivered: true daily presence, backed by licensed human care.
CooloCare is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, and proudly serves families across the Columbus metro area and surrounding communities. We donate 5% of profits to the Alzheimer's Association.
